The biggest proof of that is, how production has been multiplied in an exponential way, these last few years. Robert Huaranga empezó a trabajar en una panadería desde los 14 años, llegando a ser maestro panadero hasta que cursó estudios universitarios en industrias alimentarias. Es parte de la familia desde el inicio: “Nos fortalece saber que el equipo tiene una gran experiencia, estamos cohesionados y tenemos una excelente conexión para innovar en formulaciones. Personalmente estoy muy agradecido por la labor que desempeño aquí, es lo que me encanta hacer en la vida, me siento como parte de una selección de fútbol, donde todos tienen una responsabilidad que es vital para el equipo.
Robert Huaranga started working in a bakery since he was 14 years old, he got to be a “master baker”. Robert went to university to study food processing industry. He is part of Eurogerm Andina family from the beginning: “It makes us stronger to know our team has a lot of experience, we are link together and we all have a fundamental connection to innovate formula developing. Personally I am very grateful for the job I do here, it is what I enjoy doing, I feel as if I was a member of an important football team, where every single person has a significant responsibility which is vital for the company.

Jessica Clavijo nos comentó que desde muy pequeña sintió cariño por la repostería cuando ayudaba en el cuidado de sus hermanos, “Siempre tuve preferencia por el mundo dulce, por ello fui docente muchos años y pasé a laborar en la molinería. En Eurogerm Andina hemos conformado una familia y la mayoría nos conocemos de muchos años, todos tenemos virtudes que vamos integrando, nos ponemos de acuerdo con mayor facilidad para realizar modificaciones y llegar al mejor producto posible, luego de mucho trabajo y esfuerzo.
Jessica Clavijo let us know, since she was a little girl, she fell in love with bakery. When she was taking care of her siblings, “I always felt a sweet world around me, that is why I was a teacher for many years then I worked in millings. In Eurogerm Andina we have become a family, we know each other for many years, we all have different virtues and it is easier to put them together in order to modify or to reach in the best way possible a better product, after work and effort.
Aquí se trabaja en confianza y participa desde gerencia, todo el grupo humano técnico y control de calidad. Es lo bonito, somos un equipo y al mismo tiempo una familia, lo cual valoro mucho”.
Here we work trusting in ourselves, we also have the manager participation as well as the technical team and quality control team. It is enjoyable, we are a team but at the same time we are a family which I appreciate a lot more”.
Rodrigo Carrión nos comenta: “Estoy sumamente feliz y agradecido con Dios de ser parte de esta gran familia. He podido enriquecer mi experiencia previa en molinos, en donde empecé a los 18 años… Me alegra saber que somos un equipo que coincidimos en lo que buscamos pues nos trazamos un objetivo en común. Cada uno va enriqueciendo la idea inicial y así vamos progresando hasta el resultado final.
Rodrigo Carrion comments: “I am extremely happy and thankful to God. Being part of this family has enhance my experience. I started when I was 18 years old… Now I’m happy to know we are a team, we agree and we work towards the same goal, this way the final result is always the best.
Pasamos por entender cómo mejorar detalles como la humedad en los panetones, la suavidad en pan de molde, la crocancia en las galletas… somos muy minuciosos para todo ello".
We learn and understand how to improve details like humidity in panetones, the softness of the bread, the crunchiness in cookies… We are extremely meticulous.
